A comprehensive solution

With RMS Council, parks, gardens, halls and meeting rooms can be easily and effectively managed, along with other assets such as community buses, council equipment and pool cars. Complete records can be kept for analysis and future use.

RMS Council can include a financial system to cost, charge and manage all council transactions as well as issue invoices, tax invoices and receipts. The system can interface with existing finance systems at a variety of levels. Name and address records can be integrated to ensure correctness of the data and to avoid duplication.

Any facility that can be booked can be managed and RMS Event Manager can be added to provide a comprehensive tool for managing any event, from a simple lunch right through to a municipality-wide festival. The system features variable booking frequencies, configurable screens and the ability to place tariffs on each site.

RMS software is sold on the basis of the number of concurrent users accessing the system at any one time. The system can be used from any computer with internet access by the number of operators pursuant to the number of concurrent licence subscriptions held.
    The monthly subscription includes:
