RMS Motel makes it easy to manage a motel of any size. Adaptable screen displays, logical workflow and user-friendly processes allow you to spend less time on the computer and more time attending to your guests.
"Is RMS Motel easy to use?
Yes, for example, the heart of the system is the reservation screen, which allows direct access to guest history, account information and reservation details. This multi-function screen allows the operator to get all the necessary details without having to go to other sections and menus. Forward bookings, groups, children and multiple tariffs are easily handled. Double bookings and missed reservations are things of the past.
"What range of reports will the system produce?"
RMS Motel includes a comprehensive reporting system for efficient management. Daily reports provide data on past, present and future bookings. Full financial analysis is provided, including GST and BAS reports. Reports can be customised to suit your own requirements.
"Can RMS Motel link with other interfaces?"
Yes, RMS Motel links with standard industry interfaces covering such facilities as in-house movies, telephones, door-locking, broadband, point of sale and in-room systems. This means your guest accounts are complete and accurate – first time, every time.
"Does the system allow my customers to make bookings online?"
RMS Motel can interface with RMS Online, allowing secure, real-time Internet access to your motel from anywhere in the world. Your inventory can be seamlessly linked to your website, enabling you to automatically take online bookings 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Travel agents can have access to your online availability and make reservations directly into RMS Motel.
"Does RMS provide training and support?"
We support our customers with training programs and help facilities. Comprehensive on-site operator training is provided. Online help requests are dealt with promptly and a range of support packages is available to suit your needs. Our RMS i-backup module can also be added, allowing your data to be automatically backed up on our secure remote server daily.
