Our systems are undergoing continual development as we respond to the changing needs of our clients and their industries.  All product enhancements and upgrades are provided free of charge to our clients.

Training Options

Implementation   

At the time of the initial implementation of RMS one of our experienced customer care consultants will be allocated to your property to coordinate installation, configuration of the system, and training for you and your staff.

The first stage of implementation is a meeting between you and the allocated customer care consultant to familiarise each other with your business requirements and your expectations. The installation, configuration and training will then be performed either remotely (by telephone sessions where we dial into your computer with your permission) or on-site (where our staff member/s come to you) or a combination of both.   

RMS Training Courses   

RMS conducts training courses for existing customers and people in the industry looking to hone their skills.

We offer Remote Training, Onsite or full day and half day sessions for between one and six people in our Melbourne or Gold Coast offices.

Online seminars are run intermitantly through out the year on specific features within the RMS program.

Invitations are sent out for your chance to register for the seminar in question.

TAFE and other Training Facilities Courses   

A number of TAFE colleges throughout Australia offer training courses for people working in the industry or for people who would like to work in the industry.

Upgrading?

Before requesting your upgrade from the Support Team, read the upgrade notes then download the upgrade instructions that relate to the version of RMS that you are currently using.

Upgrade Notes

Please note that RMS no longer supports Windows 2000 or earlier.

The version of Microsoft .net framework required by the latest version of RMS will not run in a Windows 2000 environment.

If you are using the Housekeeping Module you MUST follow this guide when upgrading from 8.10 to 8.11 to ensure that the new Housekeeping Module is set correctly for your property.

Connecting to RMSWeb  

RMS has gone to the web.  We are building a web based edition of RMS that you can access in your favourite browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. 

You dont need special hardware or software.... just a computer with access to the internet.

RMS Remote Assistance

RMS Remote is a product that can be used by our customers in the event that we need to provide remote control support to their systems
